The Marina Bay Holdings Group was established in 2012 to satisfy a market demand for a new generation offshore accommodation and construction support rigs, and to provide Brokerage and Ship Management services. The group currently employs more than 100 people.

Services

Brokerage

We primarily provide clients in the offshore Oil & Gas sector with brokerage services related to

S&P broking of vessels; including valuing the vessels
Matching of vessel owners who intend to build new vessels to shipyards based on the vessel owner's requirements
Matching of vessels to cargoes; or vessel owners and/or charterers
Matching of FFA traders where the FFA trade is in connection with shipping freight rates
Research, consultancy or advisory services based on information derived from the business of the above activities

Vessel Chartering

We are currently providing our clients T/C services of semi-submersible accommodation and construction rigs, and strategic support services.

We presently own and operate two DP semi-submersible accommodation and construction support rigs. These rigs rank as the most modern and technically advanced accommodation rigs in the world, providing all capabilities required for the development and maintenance of Oil & Gas fields.

Ship Management

Primarily for clients in the Oil & Gas industry sector our Ship Management Services covers

Sourcing for and deciding on financing for vessel acquisition
Awarding contracts, entering into alliances or deciding on pooling
Arranging insurance
Undertaking crew related matters such as the appointment of a crew manager
Arranging dry-docking or ship repairs or overhaul
Ensuring that the vessel is adequately equipped with supplies, provisions, spares and stores
Supervising vessel construction, conversion, and ensuring registration of flag & class

Fleet

The sister rigs SSAV NEPTUNO and SSAV ATLANTIS are DP3 semi-submersible accommodation and construction support rigs designed to meet the most demanding regulatory requirements for operating in areas with harsh environmental conditions. The vessels are equipped with an accommodation capacity of 750 persons, in single, double and four-bed cabins. They are built in accordance with DNV class.
